Everyone can agree that John Williams has been doing his job for a very, very long time. He has created some of the most remembered themes in film to date. Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Jaws, and Harry Potter. I think there is great difficultly as a composer to do so many sequels to movies, and still have them count as individual works from their original creation. And in my opinion I think he enjoys taking on jobs that go outside his regular area of composing. Such in the case of the film Memoirs of a Geisha. Allowing to create themes that have Japanese tones is completely different from the classic high brass themed pieces he has created.
Should John Williams retire?
In these past years he has gone farther with his compositions, and continued to impress his fans and myself. So I think as long as there is music in his blood. He will continue working.

OMGEEZ this first post
Ok so I already have another blog-like think that I usually write on, but this blog is going to be mainly used to talk about 4 things:
1. Movies (past - present - future)
2. Lost
3. Harry Potter
4. Music (Everything but country and rap)
So if I keep up with this I think it can be really good. But the possibility of others reading this is very unlikely so I must pose the question:
If you make a blog, and no one reads it. Does it exist?
